Jessica has a wealth of experience as a mediator and facilitator with specialist skills in multi-party negotiations.

A resolution practitioner for 19 years, Jessica has mediated a significant number of disputes for a broad client base and is known for her ability to work with challenging problems and complex matters. Jessica has provided mediation and negotiation training for senior leaders in public and private organisations, government officials, law practices, mining companies, universities, law students, education professionals and sporting groups.

In previous roles as the Senior Advisor Mediation Practice in the Department of Building and Housing and in the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment, Jessica supported and developed the practice expertise of 60+ mediators and the growth of the government’s dispute resolution service. Jessica continues to maintain a high interest and participation in training and developing emerging practitioners.

Jessica is an accredited NMAS mediator, a panel member of Resolution Institute and the International Mediation Institute, and a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Jessica is a member of the American Bar Association, the ABA’s Section of Dispute Resolution and an appraiser of applications for the International Mediation Institute’s Online Dispute Resolution accreditation.
